BrisqOne started off in a greenfield setting in 2015. There was no business name nor a real concept of the business structure. Only an idea: Financial services should approach matters of control in risk management, finance processes and regulatory compliance fundamentally different. See About Us.

Since 2015 we have worked with numerous professionals across the industry in varying compositions. At first, we worked with the only but firm commitment to the same cause of finding a fundamentally better approach to control in financial services. This evolved to become more established and explicit, a commitment to each other and to the developed vision, approach and products.

Our organisation is spread over different countries and without borders and uses the known, collaboration tools that allow flexibility for all. We meet face to face in our office in Amsterdam (Netherlands) or in Dhaka (Bangladesh) on a periodic basis.

According to research by (a.o.) MIT/Sloan the workforce is increasingly complex and less traditional on the organisation's payroll and “internal”. Ecosystem building is key we are in a marketplace where many people operate as independent professionals, or connect on a project- / result-base to an ecosystem and hop from organisation to organisation wherever their experience is needed most.

What we offer

Our teaming model aims to reflect the abilities of today. We offer positions to work together in a model from a “connected to a connected-autonomy” relation. You propose the connection that fits best to your current situation, ambitions and needs. We aim to facilitate your model.

We co-operate with partner organisations in other countries. This varies per ecosystem we work on. Partner organisations with whom we cooperate on a more permanent basis are located in Sydney/Australia and London/UK . It allows us to scale our activities, always find the right person for the job (no incentive to manage our “bench of people”) and we can offer a flexible team with high quality professionals. Our main locations are Amsterdam, Netherlands, Sofia, Bulgaria and Dhaka, Bangladesh (development and data science). We offer potential short/mid term project based arrangements in other locations like Sydney and London.

We need software developers to support our clients in building modern user-interface applications, whether web, mobile or cross-platform, low-code or no-code. Such application developers will be experienced in the skills HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React, NodeJS or Python, GraphQL, ReST, Web APIs, ElasticSearch, and Airtable.


We are looking for software designers to craft the best-in-class user experiences in order to help our clients develop attractive, understandable and efficient web, mobile or cross-platform applications. Such designers will directly cooperate with clients, topic specialists and developers to research and improve their designs.


Our software developers implement and maintain modern server applications, backed by graph or relational databases, on-site or on-cloud.
